mixed feelings about this stay
inconsistent housekeeping stained bedsheets
the location was pretty good.
The room showed wear and tear. housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days the room was super clean, other days it felt rushed. i found a stain on the bedsheets on the last night.

great location direct access well kept room
the hotel sits in a great location. it has direct access to the beach. i had access to billiards and bowling within the hotel (that was pretty fun). my room was always pristine and well kept.
the english skills of the grounds staff could be improved slightly.

the staff consistently provided friendly service without being intrusive. the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of hot food, fruits, and juices. the staff ensured a comfortable stay throughout my visit.

convenient location comfortable bed polite staff bad sound-proofing loud electric drills unhelpful reception
The location is very convenient, right by the beach. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. the staff were courteous and pleasant. I felt welcomed. the food was AMAZING!!!
The sound-proofing between rooms is not good. i could hear everything. Electric drills were quite loud. the hotel reception didn't help much with this issue.
